Refund Policy

Never pay for a number without first confirming it is still available via WhatsApp. This prevents the majority of disputes.
1. Our Commitment
Ready to Port is committed to fair dealing. We work with verified dealers to ensure the numbers listed are genuine and available. Your satisfaction is important to us.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
- Number not available after payment — If you paid for a number and it was subsequently found to be unavailable or sold, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Wrong number delivered — If the number delivered does not match the number you purchased.
- Porting failure due to dealer error — If the porting process fails due to an error on our or the dealer's part (not due to your eligibility issues).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- You change your mind after payment is made
- Porting fails because the number is under a lock-in period (ported in last 90 days) on your side
- Porting fails due to outstanding dues on the number from your end
- The UPC code expires because of delay on your part
- You choose not to proceed with porting after receiving the number
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your purchase details
- Provide proof of payment (UPI screenshot or bank transfer reference)
- Describe the issue clearly
We will review and process valid refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we encourage buyers to first contact us on WhatsApp for resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 working days.
