2. About Our Service

Ready to Port is a marketplace platform connecting buyers with dealers of premium VIP fancy mobile numbers in India. All numbers listed are Ready to Port (RTP) — active SIM numbers eligible for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) under TRAI regulations.

3. Number Availability

All numbers are subject to availability. Since numbers can sell at any time, listing on our website does not guarantee availability. Always confirm availability via WhatsApp before making any payment. We are not responsible for numbers sold between the time of listing and the time of your enquiry.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on negotiation with dealers. Final prices are confirmed on WhatsApp. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Purchase Process

Purchases are completed via WhatsApp with our dealer network. The process involves:

• Confirming availability and price on WhatsApp
• Making payment via UPI, bank transfer or other agreed method
• Receiving the SIM card or porting assistance
• Completing Mobile Number Portability (MNP) via UPC code

6. Mobile Number Portability (MNP)

Porting is governed by TRAI's MNP regulations. Key conditions:

• Porting takes 7 working days after submitting the MNP request
• The number must not have been ported in the last 90 days
• No outstanding dues should exist on the number
• The UPC code is valid for 15 days from generation

Ready to Port is not liable for delays caused by network operators or TRAI processing times.

7. Disclaimer

Ready to Port acts as a marketplace platform. We are not a telecom operator, SIM card issuer, or TRAI-licensed entity. We facilitate connections between buyers and verified dealers. Final transactions are between the buyer and the respective dealer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ready to Port shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or any transactions conducted through it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
